The March 2022 preliminary statistics show the total number of jobs increased by 90 in the latest quarter and are up 2,210 over the prior December. Private sector employment was up by 140 in the latest quarter and increased 1,050 over the year.


The Unemployment Rate in Guam for March 2022 was 5.1 percent, a decrease of 2.1 percentage points from the December 2021 figure of 7.2 percent, and a reduction of 14.3 percentage points from December 2020, but up 0.8 percentage points from the March 2019 figure pre-pandemic.
