The December 2025 preliminary statistics show an increase of 750 jobs over the latest quarter and a decrease of 230 in the latest year. The greatest private-sector employment gains over quarter were 440 in Construction and 180 in Hotels. The majority of the Construction job increases were H-2 workers.


The Unemployment Rate in Guam for December 2025 was 3.1 percent, a decrease of 0.4 percentage points from the September 2025 figure of 3.5 percent, and 0.8 percentage points below the December 2024 figure of 3.9 percent.
